  • Mr. Eman Chalshotori is an accomplished cellist holding titled-chairs with the Topeka Symphony and the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas. He graduated from UMKC Conservatory of Music and Dance with a Masters in Music Performance and an Artist Diploma in Cello Performance.
  • During his formative years, Mr. Chalshotori was selected to attend the Oklahoma Music Educators Association All-State Orchestra every year he was eligible, 4 years experience in the Oklahoma Youth Symphonies and the Harrison Academy’s Oklahoma Youth Orchestra programs, and 3-years of attendance at the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute. He was the Cello Division Winner in the Buttram Senior Division of the Oklahoma Music Olympics in 2001 and 2002 which led to a solo performance with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
  • Since 2017, Mr. Chalshotori has taught in the Musical Bridges program providing talented students from underserved communities music lessons as well as teaching in the UMKC Conservatory Academy. He has used his ample experience in performing to help a wide variety of his cello students.
  • Mr. Chalshotori attributes his students’ success through engagement and critical awareness. “Whether you want to learn how to master your instrument, learn how to practice, and/or broaden your love of music, private instruction through my studio will give you a tailored experience to whatever you or your students needs may be.”
